Reveal your inner light

There are two actions every person can take to make this a better world:
(1) Shine your light
(2) See the light in others

But for lots of reasons, those two simple steps can be anything but easy.

In my recently published book, Lessons in Leadership, you learn how you can let your light shine, especially in your role as a leader.

Excerpt from Lessons in Leadership:

“Slumped over your desk, head in hands, you have a pounding headache. The deadline is looming. Things aren’t coming together the way you thought they would. Your team doesn’t seem to be making any progress. And now, your boss wants answers.
What you choose to do next can make or break your team’s spirit.
If you’ve learned about leadership, you know what to do. You know what the right thing is. The question is, do you have what it takes to do it in those moments when you aren’t feeling it?
Now, picture a bright, shining light. A lantern illuminating the path less taken—a beacon of hope in the darkness. As a leader, you have the opportunity to be that light. But you first have to uncover the light within you before others will be able to see it…”

In each one of us, there’s a constant struggle between darkness and light. In my experience working with people, I’ve found there is much more light than dark, but the light is sometimes hidden behind a screen or covered up by mud someone has flung at us.

I work with people to help them reveal their inner light and restore their innate, God-given joy and freedom that is their birthright.

We are all connected. Heal yourself, and you heal the world.
